Get users with score updates since a timestamp

GET
/score/updates
curl --request GET \
--url 'https://api.ethos.network/api/v2/score/updates?after=example&limit=50&offset=0'

Returns the userkeys whose score changed in the window, for keeping a local copy of scores current without polling every user. Filter with after and optional until; after must be no more than 7 days old and the window may span at most 7 days. Each result carries the userkey and lastUpdatedAt but no score, so follow up with /score/userkeys; the response is offset-paginated.
